We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Consulting Delivery Leader to drive the successful execution and growth of our Data and AI transformation programs. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale projects at top-tier consulting firms. This is a unique opportunity to own the end-to-end delivery of our most strategic client engagements while also shaping and expanding our Data and AI offerings.
Job responsibilities
- Delivery Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex Data and AI transformation programs. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, exceeding client expectations.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with C-level executives and key client stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of contact for all program-related matters and proactively manage risks and issues.
- Team and Program Management: Provide mentorship and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Oversee resource allocation, project timelines, and budget management across multiple engagements.
- Growth and Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities for program expansion and new business within existing accounts. Partner with the sales and solution teams to contribute to proposals, statements of work, and go-to-market strategies for Data and AI services.
Job qualifications
Technical Skills
- 15+ years of professional experience, with at least 8+ years in a leadership role at a top-tier consulting and/or engineering firm.
Professional Skills
- Deep expertise in Data and AI transformation, including data strategy, cloud data platforms, machine learning, and advanced analytics.
- Proven success in leading and delivering multi-million dollar, multi-year programs.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Strong business acumen and a track record of driving business growth.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
