Airbnb was born in 2007 when two hosts welcomed three guests to their San Francisco home, and has since grown to over 5 million hosts who have welcomed over 2 billion guest arrivals in almost every country across the globe. Every day, hosts offer unique stays and experiences that make it possible for guests to connect with communities in a more authentic way.

- Demonstrated ownership of planning and business operations: portfolio management, OKRs, roadmapping, governance, and decision forums.
- Tooling ownership experience: administering and evolving collaborative/portfolio systems (e.g., Airtable, Jira, Asana/Trello) and partnering to build dashboards (e.g., Tableau/Looker/Superset); comfort translating workflows into system design.
- Strong project management fundamentals: critical path, dependency/risk management, stage gates, change control, and stakeholder alignment.
- Analytical storyteller: turns signals into clear, leadership-ready narratives and action-oriented recommendations; comfort with basic SQL or working closely with data partners.

- Experience in customer experience, trust/safety, fraud/risk, quality, or support operations.
- Hands-on experience integrating Airtable with Jira or other systems; interface design for stakeholder-friendly views.
- Standing up standardized taxonomies (e.g., journey tags, issue categories) that enable reliable reporting across tools.
- Familiarity with executive forum operations and portfolio reporting.
