We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Global Partner Marketing Operations & Enablement - Senior Associate to support the growth and execution of our partner marketing function. This role is pivotal to ensuring operational excellence, data-driven decision-making, and scalable enablement programs across our global ecosystem of cloud hyperscalers and strategic ISV partners.

As a core member of the global partner marketing team, you will collaborate cross-functionally with regional partner marketers, global alliances, sales, and portfolio marketing to drive efficiency, transparency, and performance in how we go to market with partners. This is an excellent opportunity for a rising B2B marketer who is detail-oriented, process-savvy, and passionate about building high-impact programs that fuel ecosystem revenue growth.

Job responsibilities

  • Own the partner marketing project management processes to ensure timely and aligned execution across regions and partners.
  • Collaborate with finance and partner teams to manage partner MDF (Market Development Funds) budgeting, usage tracking, and ROI reporting for hyperscale and ISV partners.
  • Build and maintain internal dashboards to monitor partner marketing KPIs (e.g., pipeline influenced, campaign performance, MDF ROI).
  • Ensure partner marketing processes, playbooks, and templates are documented and adopted across the global team.
  • In collaboration with the campaign center and analytics teams, create and distribute regular reports and insights on partner campaign performance, lead generation, and pipeline impact.
  • Support quarterly and annual partner marketing reviews with data-driven storytelling and performance summaries.
  • Maintain documentation and process consistency across regions and partner teams.
  • Serve as the operational liaison between Partnerships Marketing, Ecosystem, and Finance teams.
  • Support MDF compliance requirements and audit readiness.
  • Maintain an up-to-date repository of partner marketing guidelines, frameworks, and templates.

Job qualifications

Technical Skills

  • Advanced English.
  • Experience in B2B marketing, preferably within a consulting, technology services, or partner-led business.
  • Solid understanding of partner ecosystems and co-marketing practices (e.g., MDF, co-branding, joint GTM).
  • Proficient in using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce) to track and report KPIs.

Professional Skills

  • Strong project management and marketing operations skills; experience with tools like Jira, Monday.com a plus.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working across time zones and in a highly collaborative, matrixed environment.
