The Opportunity

Postman is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Order Processing Associate to join our growing Revenue Operations team. As a key member of the Order Processing function, you will play a critical role in supporting our revenue and cash flow goals by managing the full order lifecycle — from intake and validation to invoicing and order closure.

You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Renewals, Deal Desk, Finance, Monetization, and other internal teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across the quote-to-cash process. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong attention to detail, operational rigor, and comfort working across time zones and deadlines.

Important Note:

This role requires working across different shift timings – 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST / 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM IST on a rotational basis, with coverage required on holidays and occasional weekends.

What You'll Do

  • Manage 50+ order-related tickets weekly across Zendesk, Salesforce, and JIRA, ensuring adherence to SLAs

  • Review purchase orders, quotes, order forms, and MSAs to verify compliance with internal order acceptance policies

  • Validate opportunity and contract details; identify and resolve discrepancies

  • Process purchase and renewal orders accurately and within SLA timelines

  • Ensure timely invoicing and order closure by fiscal deadlines

  • Assist in completing vendor/supplier forms and updating vendor portals

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve order issues quickly and effectively

  • Provide support during holiday schedules, and during month-end and quarter-end close cycles

About You

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales order processing, order management, or a similar operational role

  • Strong understanding of the quote-to-cash process, including handling of POs, order forms, and related documentation

  • Prior experience supporting both internal and external customers

  • Flexibility to work rotational night shifts, including holiday and occasional weekend coverage

  • Willingness to work additional hours during fiscal close periods as needed

  • High attention to detail, especially when handling financial or contractual data

  • Familiarity with Zendesk and Salesforce is a plus

  • Experience working in a fast-paced or startup environment is a bonus
