Key Responsibilities
- Leads the end-to-end technical implementation of A/B and multivariate tests (MVT) using experimentation platforms (e.g., Adobe Target) across web, mobile, and potentially email.
- Translates strategic requirements into technical targeting and segmentation logic within the DMP/DCO/Testing platform to serve personalized content.
- Owns the deployment, QA, and validation of all testing campaigns, ensuring test integrity, statistical validity, and correct audience allocation.
- Manages and governs the organization’s Tag Management System (e.g., Adobe Launch/GTM), ensuring efficient deployment and maintenance of all marketing, analytics, and third-party vendor tags.
- Partners with analytics and data teams to maintain accurate audience tracking and attribution integrity.
- Ensures all marketing web implementations adhere to technical SEO best practices, metadata standards, and URL optimization policies.
- Works within the Content Management System (AEM/Adobe CMS) to implement complex or custom content components required for experimentation and tracking.
- Supports optimization of conversion flows, customer journeys, and engagement experiences through technical experimentation practices.
- Ensures foundational analytics tagging is correctly implemented and configured to measure channel performance and experimentation success.
Technical Knowledge:
- 5 to 7 years of experience in Experimentation Tools: Expert in Adobe Target, Optimizer…
- Mastery in Tag Management tools like Adobe Launch or Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Strong JavaScript, HTML, and CSS skills for custom test implementation.
- Knowledge of data layers and tracking pixels (Adobe Analytics/GA4).
- Experience implementing scalable experimentation programs across multiple digital properties.
- Strong understanding of audience targeting logic and behavioral segmentation frameworks.
- Experience validating analytics implementation accuracy and experimentation integrity.
