The Opportunity
At Superhuman, we believe that where and how we work directly influences how we connect, create, and thrive. We’re seeking a Manager, Workplace Experience to lead the operations of our San Francisco office and ensure a high-quality, efficient, and welcoming experience for every team member and guest.
Reporting to the Head of Global Real Estate & Workplace Experience, this role will oversee daily hub operations, manage vendor relationships, support workplace programs, and foster an environment reflecting Superhuman's clarity, empathy, and innovation values. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a thoughtful, frictionless workplace experience that empowers employees to do their best work.
In this role, you will:
- Lead Onsite Operations: Manage the day-to-day workplace services, including facilities management, food & beverage, office services, vendor management, mail services, space management, and supplies.
- Enhance Workplace Experience: Create an exceptional employee experience through a well-run, highly functional, and inspiring hub environment aligned with Superhuman's hybrid work culture.
- Vendor and budget management: Oversee local workplace vendors, ensure SLAs are met, and manage workplace operating budgets responsibly.
- Safety & Compliance: Partner with Security teams to maintain a safe workplace, supporting evacuation drills, incident management, and workplace compliance standards.
- Space Planning & Optimization: Partner with Workplace Experience leadership to support seating strategy, space assignments, and hub readiness for peak days and special events.
- Workplace Program Support: Support global workplace programs and initiatives locally, including sustainability efforts, wellness programming, and cultural moments.
- Onsite Event Support: Partner with the Global Events & Experiences team to deliver exceptional hub-based gatherings, in-person weeks, and executive briefings.
- Data & Reporting: Track and report key workplace metrics (e.g., occupancy, utilization, operational tickets) to help drive data-informed decisions.
- Employee Partnership: Act as the first point of contact for hub-based employee workplace needs, solving issues thoughtfully and quickly.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of workplace, facilities, or hospitality operations experience, ideally in a hybrid or tech environment.
- A people-first mindset with a passion for creating inclusive, welcoming spaces.
- Strong operational, project management, and vendor management skills.
- Ability to balance day-to-day service delivery with proactive workplace improvement initiatives.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and scaling processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across a range of stakeholders and vendors.
- Experience with workplace systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Envoy, space management tools) a plus.
- A growth mindset and excitement for building programs that evolve with the business.
- Has a demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manages tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyzes and executes work efficiently, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments

Superhuman takes a market-based approach to compensation, which means base pay may vary depending on your location. Our US locations are categorized into two compensation zones based on proximity to our hub locations.
Base pay may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The expected salary ranges for this position are outlined below by compensation zone and may be modified in the future.
