Builders who are wired to make an impact. Robinhood isn’t a place for complacency, it’s where ambitious people do the best work of their careers. We’re a high-performing, fast-moving team with ethics at the center of everything we do. Expectations are high, and so are the rewards.

We empower employees to perform at their best through thoughtfully designed programs and seamless, data-informed learning operations—supporting every step of their Robinhood experience: from onboarding to development to compliance training. We believe the best learning experiences are practical, embedded in the flow of work, and aimed at driving high performance. Our team balances creativity with pragmatism, designing programs that are engaging, scalable, and aligned with Robinhood’s culture, brand, and business needs.

As the Manager of Learning & Development, you will lead the design, quality, and delivery of learning experiences across Robinhood. You’ll manage a team, and partner with the business to translate intricate content into impactful, scalable programs. You’ll set a high bar for learning design quality, ensure consistency across programs, and drive innovation in learning modalities and tools.
