About the team + role
As Manager of International Reporting, you will join our Finance team to ensure effective and timely preparation of financial statements and ensure regulatory reporting requirements are met across several jurisdictions.

What you’ll do
- Prepare and/or review the statutory financial statements for all non-US companies in the Robinhood Group.
- Be responsible for the preparation of the regulatory reporting in respect of non-US regulated entities (CSSF, BCL, ATVP, MAS and others), and support for US Regulatory reporting when required.
- Be responsible for the setup and implementation of control checklist related to the preparation of the regulatory reporting in conjunction with compliance team.
- Keep abreast of new GAAP pronouncements and amendments and their impact on the Group which currently includes IFRS (Europe and Singapore), Lux GAAP, UK GAAP, US GAAP and Slovenian GAAP to ensure pro-active compliance.
- Be a Key Participant in the audit process, both internal and external.
- Research into technical accounting matters as needed.
- Participate in development of accounting processes and internal controls, documentation of policies, procedures and workflows.
- Monitor compliance.
- Mentor team members.
What you bring
- Professional accounting qualification.
- At least 8 years of experience as an Accountant in a multinational company.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to take on new tasks with high level of difficulty.
- Fluency in English. Any other European languages are an asset.
- Excellent computer skills and solid understanding of accounting software principles.
