This role is based in our Bellevue, WA, Menlo Park, CA, or New York, NY offices, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

  • Deliver as day-to-day point of contact for PeopleX sub-workstreams including thought partnership on decision-making, prioritization of tasks, following up on action items, and ensuring sub-workstream deliverables are met on time
  • Establish relationships with workstream leads outside of PeopleX to understand their workstream strategy and progress and integrate into PX workstream progress (mitigating interdependency challenges)
  • Work closely with Director, PX Strategy & Programs as thought partner to inform on decision-making and developing/driving people strategy (including change management, communications, onboarding, employment model including job profile mapping and leveling, org design, and immigration transitions, etc)
  • Responsible for post-closing follow-up activities including assisting with HC management activities, issue triage and resolution, and interim People team support for deal-related initiatives
  • Responsible for the development of PX integration best practices, templates and creating a scalable and repeatable process, as well as training cross functional sub-workstreams (comp, rewards, L&D, talent acquisition etc.)

What you bring

  • 7-10 years of both small and large scale project management experience
  • 8-10+ years HR experience at a finance and/or tech company
  • 5+ years M&A experience (as project manager and/or people team project manager)
  • Exceptional written and interpersonal skills, and ability to develop strong working relationships
  • Organization, persistence, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

What we offer

  • Challenging, high-impact work to grow your career
  • Performance driven compensation with multipliers for outsized impact, bonus programs, equity ownership, and 401(k) matching
