The Learning & Development team drives performance at scale by delivering high-quality, high-impact learning experiences. We design programs that embed development into the flow of work - empowering employees to build the skills they need to thrive and drive business outcomes.

As Learning & Development Program Manager, Compliance, you will lead the design and execution of global compliance training programs that prioritize real-world application and measurable outcomes. You’ll ensure employees are equipped to operate safely and successfully in a high-performance environment!

This role is based in our New York, NY, Menlo Park, CA, or Chicago, IL office, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

What you’ll do

  • Design, manage, and scale the company-wide compliance training strategy across all entities and regions

  • Lead the development and execution of the annual compliance training policy, calendar, and communication plan

  • Conduct needs analyses and align onboarding and annual initiatives with regional compliance leaders and stakeholders

  • Manage program launches, audience segmentation, completion tracking, and issue resolution in partnership with the Learning Operations team

  • Embed AI tools into compliance training workflows and operational processes to improve effectiveness and efficiency

  • Track and report program outcomes and compliance health to leadership quarterly

  • Respond to audits, manage escalations, and support issue remediation efforts

  • Identify and integrate learning requirements for acquisitions, regional expansions, and emerging compliance needs

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with instructional designers, People partners, and business leaders to embed impactful learning across the employee lifecycle


What you bring

  • 6–8+ years of experience managing compliance training programs in a high-growth or regulated environment

  • Proven ability to develop practical, outcomes-based learning solutions tied to business performance

  • Skilled in leading large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects with clarity, discipline, and execution excellence

  • Experience working across the employee lifecycle—from onboarding to continuous development—and integrating learning into broader people programs

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without authority

  • Analytical mindset with experience measuring learning effectiveness and using insights for continuous improvement

  • Bonus: Experience in M&A learning integrations and designing people development initiatives (e.g., AI literacy, business acumen training)

In addition to the base pay range listed below, this role is also eligible for bonus opportunities + equity + benefits.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.

$115,000$135,000 USD
Zone 2 (Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL)
$101,000$119,000 USD
Zone 3 (Lake Mary, FL; Clearwater, FL; Gainesville, FL)
$89,000$105,000 USD
