Must-have Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in the design industry, with at least 1 year in a product-led organization.
• Proven ability to deliver multiple projects in cross-functional environments.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Familiarity with design thinking, user-centric processes, and iterative delivery.
• “We, Not Me” mindset with strong collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.

Nice-to-have:

• AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows. 
• Experience in e-commerce, real estate, or travel product design—especially around search patterns and detail pages.
• Background delivering end-to-end experience flows in large-scale consumer-facing products.
• Comfort designing for multi-surface ecosystems (web + native apps).
