About the position

We’re looking for a Lead GTM Systems Engineer to help architect, build, and scale the technical foundation that powers our go-to-market motion. This is a high-impact, hands-on role focused on building robust, scalable integrations and intelligent workflows across our Salesforce ecosystem and GTM tech stack.

You’ll work at the intersection of systems architecture, AI integration, and proactive support motions, playing a key role in how we leverage data, automation, and advanced tooling to drive revenue growth.

You will contribute by

  • Architect and build reliable, scalable integrations between Salesforce, our internal platform (Hyperion), and third-party GTM tools like Intercom, HubSpot, Outreach, Zapier, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Set and enforce development best practices, including code standards, documentation, and CI/CD workflows, ensuring long-term maintainability and scale.
  • Contribute to AI-powered initiatives, embedding AI and LLM-based tools into PLG GTM workflows to drive impact and deliver critical insights to the right teams at the right time.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with RevOps, Marketing, Sales, and Engineering teams to deeply understand business needs and translate them into scalable system designs.
  • Monitor and maintain platform health by proactively managing data pipelines and system syncs. Ensuring data accuracy and fast troubleshooting of outages or integration failures.
  • Mentor junior engineers and admins, and provide architectural guidance across the GTM systems team.

Your background includes

  • Extensive Salesforce development experience: You’re fluent in Apex, Flows, LWC, SLDS, SOQL, and APIs—and understand Salesforce platform architecture inside and out.
  • Strong integration and data chops: You’ve built and managed integrations across complex systems and are confident working with SQL and data pipelines.
  • Python experience: You can develop scripts or services in Python and are comfortable working with cloud data platforms like Snowflake.
  • AI/LLM familiarity: You’ve worked with (or embedded) large language models into real-world applications—bonus if in a GTM or automation context.
  • Systems thinking: You approach architecture with scalability and maintainability in mind, and you know how to balance technical rigor with business needs.
  • Excellent communication skills: You’re able to explain technical decisions clearly to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactive ownership: You’re someone who sees problems and solves them, without needing to be asked twice.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience with tools like dbt, Fivetran, Segment, or middleware platforms (e.g., Census).
  • Background in Revenue Operations or deep understanding of GTM workflows.

Why Join us?

You’ll have the chance to shape the future of how our GTM teams work. Building systems that are not just functional, but intelligent and future-proof. If you’re excited by the idea of combining hands-on coding with strategic systems thinking and want to push the boundaries of AI + RevOps, this role is for you.
