    • Create scalable frameworks for relocation, assignments, and cross-border employment models that support Flexport’s growth.
  • Vendor & Partner Management
    • Serve as the primary liaison with global mobility, relocation, and immigration vendors, ensuring SLAs are met and employee experience remains high.
    • Oversee vendor performance, negotiate contracts where needed, and implement process improvements.
  • Hands-On Administration
    • Manage casework for immigration petitions and mobility requests, including initiating cases with vendors, tracking progress, and communicating with employees and managers.
Maintain accurate data and reporting to ensure compliance and provide insights to leaders.
    • Support employees through relocation logistics, immigration timelines, and point-in-time mobility questions.
  • Stakeholder Partnership
    • Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure seamless onboarding of global hires requiring sponsorship.
    • Work with People Business Partners and leaders to proactively plan mobility moves in support of organizational needs.
    • Provide training and resources to managers and employees on mobility policies and processes.

What You’ll Bring

  • 6–8 years of experience in global mobility, immigration, or related HR/People roles; a mix of in-house and vendor experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of global immigration processes (U.S. experience required, additional regions a plus).
  • Experience designing and administering mobility programs at scale, including relocation and assignment policies.
  • Proven ability to work both strategically (program design, policy creation) and tactically (case management, data tracking).
  • Exceptional project management, vendor management, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and balancing compliance requirements with business needs.
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to manage sensitive data and maintain confidentiality.
