As an International Localization Dubbing Specialist, you will report to the Manager of International Dubbing
We are considering applicants for our London location.
As a subject matter expert for the European media and localization landscape, you will work on the production of dubs in EMEA languages, manage vendor partner relationships, and ensure the quality and on-time delivery of episodic marketing content and the related asset deliverables.
You will be a bridge between vendors, translation, programming, and distribution teams for any topics related to dubbing. Your years of experience in localization will allow you to help ensure that all localized content meets licensors' and Crunchyroll's creative and technical standards in an organized and time-sensitive environment.
Responsibilities
- Proactive Project Management
- Maintain timelines and manage escalation workflow to leadership
- Balance priorities and partner communications promptly to position projects in your team's work queues.
- Monitor, track, and report to ensure transparency and communication with stakeholders.
- Future Planning & Standard Operating Procedures
- Partner with your Manager to document dubbing workflows and SOPs
- Highlight improvements and opportunities to improve and refine processes
- Have an understanding of our supply chain to identify solutions and improvements
- Collaborate with partner teams
- Communicate across the localization team to ensure agreement
- Anticipate problems and work with partners to get in front of them.
- Gain an understanding of cross-functional teams to understand how decisions impact partner teams.
- Evaluate opportunities to improve the supply chain.
About You
- You have 5+ years of experience within the media localization landscape
- You have experience building, and inspiring team members
- You have experience building rapport and maintaining relationships across a global organization.
- You have English and French, German, Spanish, and/or Italian language skills
- You have a passion for Anime, Japanese culture, and the Entertainment industry
- You have experience with organizational tools such as: Google Suite, PowerPoint or Keynote, Airtable, and Internet
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Media, Business, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience working in entertainment, localization, or production-related roles.
- Preferably 5+ years of related experience

The International Dubbing team sets the creative standard for Crunchyroll's expansive worldwide dubbing program. We strive to produce exceptional dubs that engage and delight our audiences.
