About You

Inside Sales Representative at AppDirect, you’ll play a key role in helping some of the nation’s largest and most innovative technology providers connect with new customers. You’ll work with live inbound calls and online opt-in leads, engaging prospects in meaningful conversations to uncover their needs and deliver the perfect solutions.

From crafting tailored proposals to closing deals, you’ll master the complete sales cycle — learning how to hunt, discover, and win new business by showing customers the real value our offerings bring.

You’ll be part of our Omni-team, representing top telecom providers like Spectrum, Comcast, Verizon, CenturyLink, and more. Your advice will be trusted and unbiased as you guide customers toward the right fits for their businesses. And beyond telecom, you’ll expand your impact by offering leading-edge SaaS solutions such as M365 and Google Workspace, becoming an expert in the full suite of technology tools we deliver.

What you'll do and how you'll have an impact

  • Responsible for meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals & performance KPI’s 
  • Receives inbound calls from new and existing customers (up to 50 calls per day)
  • Place outbound calls to customers in the funnel (up to 50 calls per day)
  • Following the sales cycle and closing opportunities by selling the benefits, features, and value of the proposed pricing as well as the telecom carrier
  • Responds to post-sale support issues to ensure customer satisfaction

What we're looking for

  • Experience working with Excel/Word/PDF
  • Minimum 2 years sales experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Skilled in CRM and digital sales tools.
    Ability to qualify leads and close deals.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

The salary band listed above reflects the expected annual base salary or OTE (on-target earnings) for this role at AppDirect and may be subject to change.

Base salary or OTE is just one component of AppDirect’s total compensation package. In addition to base pay, regular employees may be eligible for performance-based bonuses and a full range of benefits.
