At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time; others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.
This is an in-office position and you’ll be expected to work full-time in an office location, and therefore must live within commuting distance from your assigned office. You will work from this office beginning on your first day.
This position is not eligible to be performed in Alaska, Mississippi, North Dakota, or the Virgin Islands.

We're a specialized POS hardware Operations team that manages the complete customer journey—from initial orders through manufacturing, international shipping, warehousing, fulfillment, and post-sales support including repairs and refurbishment.
As our Order Fulfillment & Logistics Support specialist, you'll be an integral part of our close-knit, highly technical team. We thrive on collaboration and depend on each team member's expertise to deliver exceptional results for our customers.
What you'll get to do...
- Order & Fulfillment Management: Oversee 3rd party fulfillment centers to ensure all new orders and reorders are processed through our automation system and completed per SLA requirements, while managing RMA and returns in collaboration with customer care agents
- International Shipping Coordination: Work with GDDY OEM shipping departments overseas to schedule pickups, ensure all shipping documentation compliance (CI, PL, BOL, PODs), and coordinate with freight forwarders for domestic outbound orders
- End-to-End Shipment Tracking: Monitor and trace all inbound and outbound shipments from origin to delivery, capturing critical data points including transit times, documentation collection, and delivery updates.
- System Data Management: Maintain system integrity by uploading EIB, MC, and POD documentation into Workday as the system of record, ensuring accurate data flow across all platforms
- Communication & Issue Resolution: Proactively communicate with truckers, warehouses, freight forwarders, and GDDY operational leaders regarding delivery timelines, potential delays, and logistics inconsistencies to ensure smooth operations

- Strong English Communication Skills: Fluent English proficiency for effective written and verbal communication with international suppliers, freight forwarders, customer care teams, and operational leaders across different time zones
- Exceptional Attention to Detail: Meticulous eye for reviewing shipping documentation, tracking data entry, and ensuring compliance with international regulations—small errors can impact delivery timelines and customer satisfaction
- High Accuracy Standards: Proven ability to maintain precise records when uploading documentation into systems like Workday, managing order data, and tracking shipment milestones without compromising data integrity
- Flexible Schedule Availability: The ability to work from our Tempe office M-F
- Advanced Excel Proficiency: Strong Excel skills for data analysis, creating tracking reports, managing shipment databases, and generating logistics performance metrics to support operational decision-making

- Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to organize and manage multiple concurrent shipments, coordinate various logistics activities, and maintain organized tracking systems
- Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency: Competency in Outlook for stakeholder communication, Word for documentation and reporting, and PowerPoint for presenting logistics performance updates to operational leadership
- International Trade Knowledge (Incoterms): Understanding of international commercial terms (FOB, CIF, DDP, etc.) to effectively communicate with overseas suppliers, negotiate shipping responsibilities, and ensure proper cost allocation
- Detailed Focus: Capability to maintain accuracy in day-to-day order processing while understanding how logistics efficiency affects broader business objectives, customer satisfaction, and operational costs
- Business & Financial Acumen: Understanding of logistics cost structures, freight pricing, and how shipping decisions affect profit margins—enabling you to make cost-effective recommendations while maintaining service quality
