Our Growth Technology team is seeking a versatile and proactive Growth Technology Manager to drive the adoption and implementation of new MarTech tools. You will support scoping and implementing new MarTech tools to compliment our marketing channels and goals. By joining Credit Karma’s Growth Technology team, you will wear many hats and lead 0-1 tool adoption & programs. You will work closely with cross functional partners to create frameworks to find efficiencies in improvements in our marketing processes. With your strategic expertise, you will empower millions of members to establish financial wellbeing.
What you will do:
- Lead the strategy and implementation of tools and programs to accelerate marketing workflows; run experiments, iterate, and identify the most impactful ways to embed AI or non-AI tools into marketing processes.
- Innovate new processes and solutions, willing to roll up sleeves and hack a POC to prove out a new tool or process works. Able to vet vendor solutions & provide recommendations with a laser focus on making marketers most efficient.
- Lead troubleshooting and support related to marketing technology usage, bugs, and vendor communication.
- Responsible for the adoption, implementation, and roll out of marketing technology solutions including a digital asset manager. Stay current on industry trends, new platforms, technologies, and best practices in content monetization.
What we are looking for:
- 5+years of experience in a marketing organization or similar organization managing technology solutions from RFP to implementation to adoption.
- Previous experience in program management, specifically integrating technology or spearheading new programs to support marketing goals
- Results-oriented with a proactive, "see something, do something" mentality. Takes initiative to design and implement solutions, demonstrating their value without needing explicit permission
- Effective collaboration across many functional areas - Marketing, Creative, and Engineering teams to bring testing and app strategies to life
- Experience in managing and integrating AI technology to improve marketing processes
- High degree of communication skills, both written and verbal to ensure alignment, communicate updates, identify opportunity areas, and manage upward and outward.
- Excellent at project management and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from strategy to execution
- Ability to understand how work gets done and integrate new tools or processes within existing systems and get buy-in for new ones
- Default to innovation to solve problems with new technology capabilities and adept at leading hypothesis-driven tests
