Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our Growth Media Team. As an L3 Marketing Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting campaign execution, media planning efforts, and operational tasks to ensure the success and efficiency of growth media marketing initiatives. You’ll assist in managing workflows, updating and maintaining asset delivery trackers, maintaining content calendars, reporting on key performance indicators, and collaborating across internal teams and external vendors.
You will work closely with other channel managers supporting channels like Paid Social, TV, OTT, Audio, YouTube and Direct Mail. You’ll report into the Director of Outbound Media, who has oversight into all demand generation channels. You’ll work cross functionally with the Consumer Marketing, Retailer Marketing, CPG Marketing, Creative, Data Science, Marketing Analytics, MarTech and Strategic Finance teams.
About the Job
- Campaign Coordination:
- Support the development and execution of outbound marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including paid social, ott, etc.
- Maintain campaign schedules, ensuring all deliverables are on track for timely launches.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams to consolidate campaign assets and approvals.
- Media Planning and Execution:
- Assist in managing media plans by coordinating with media buyers and outside agencies to ensure proper execution.
- Track ad placements and prepare insertion orders when needed.
- Conduct quality assurance for digital ads before launch to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and technical requirements.
- Data Reporting and Analytics:
- Support the collection, consolidation, and reporting of campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPL, and ROI across platforms.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and share insights to support data-driven decision-making.
- Vendor and Team Support:
- Act as a liaison between the media team and third-party vendors, ensuring timely communication and smooth collaboration.
- Schedule and attend team meetings, taking detailed notes and documenting actionable items to drive follow-ups.
- Operational Efficiency:
- Manage and update marketing calendars, project trackers, and internal dashboards.
- Facilitate process improvements and maintain organizational resources to enhance team productivity.
About You
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar marketing coordination or related role, preferably in media or digital marketing.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (e.g., paid social, OTT, Linear)
- Proficiency with marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mode, social media platforms) and project management software (e.g., Monday.com).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in an agency, or start-up/fast growing company
- Enthusiastic attitude; willingness to roll up the sleeves and help where needed, a passion for digital marketing and for using data to drive consumer marketing decisions
- Proficient in MS Excel, SQL a plus
