The Growth Marketing team at Airbnb is at the intersection of marketing, engineering and data science. Our work is imperative to driving the top line of the entire company. As Growth & Influencer Marketing Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in leading and supporting Growth Marketing programs, including launching, scaling and managing a new social and influencer marketing program in France. 

The Difference You will Make:

We are seeking a Growth & Influencer Marketing Operations Manager to help us launch, grow and oversee a new Influencer Affiliates program.  You will be responsible for end-to-end execution of this program within a specifically defined region.  This is a hands-on role that will require direct management of up to 100+ influencer partners, along with tight integration and communication with internal stakeholders at Airbnb. In addition, you will drive Growth Marketing projects that deliver business impact working with cross-functional teams such as Brand Marketing, Design, Product and Engineering.

We are seeking a candidate with a strong grasp of growth marketing channels, excellent project management skills, and meticulous attention to detail. The ideal candidate can design and manage scalable processes, has a deep understanding of social media, and excels at identifying top talent and best in class content.

A Typical Day: 

  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of affiliate influencer marketing campaigns, from influencer casting and negotiations to briefing, deliverable tracking, and performance analysis, ensuring seamless implementation and impactful results
  • Manage influencer agency for sourcing and recruiting influencers tailored to campaign objectives, ensuring maximum impact
  • Evaluate each influencer’s program application to identify influencers who align with brand values, guidelines, and company policies
  • Evaluate influencer content against internal criteria to ensure quality and alignment with brand standards
  • Collaborate with the global and local marketing teams to write clear and concise campaign briefs that align with Airbnb’s global social strategy while addressing local business and marketing needs
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with affiliates and influencers through proactive engagement and mutual collaboration
  • Negotiate partner terms and agreements with influencers to maximize brand visibility, ensure content quality, and deliver maximum value while adhering to budget constraints
  • Track and analyze program performance through analytics dashboards, delivering comprehensive summaries and key metrics to stakeholders
  • Monitor influencer activity to identify areas for improvement and optimize content performance
  • Lead the delivery of strategic Growth Marketing projects across multiple workstreams and teams, monitor progress and communicate updates to partners and stakeholders. 
  • Maintain a data-driven approach through continual optimization and experiment.

Your Expertise:

  • Demonstrated success in growing and managing affiliate influencer programs, driving significant engagement and brand growth
  • Good understanding of Growth Marketing channels (Search, Engagement, Media)
  • 4+ years of related work experience, particularly in influencer and affiliate marketing programs
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Preferably familiar with the France tech and tourism industry 
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work autonomously while managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Hands-on experience with affiliate marketing platforms; Impact platform experience a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in analyzing data to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and implement data-driven decisions
  • Solid knowledge of affiliate tracking technologies, attribution models, and experience in discussing these technologies with both internal and external stakeholders
