The Opportunity
We’re looking for a motivated Operations Associate to join Flexport’s Europe BQI team. This role is key to improving shipment and client-level financial performance while shaping the future of logistics. You will work in a fast-paced, innovative environment where process improvement, standardization, and automation are at the core.
What You’ll Do
- Improve accuracy and timeliness of quoting, invoicing, and revenue management.
- Identify automation opportunities and leverage low-code tools to streamline workflows.
- Partner with Product teams on updates and feature rollouts.
- Own reporting and drive performance across financial and operational KPIs.
- Conduct audits, identify gaps, and implement improvement initiatives.
- Support client escalations and ensure financial health.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and mitigate risks.
What You’ll Bring
- 1–2 years’ experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-changing environment.
- Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
- Interest in process automation, low-code tools, and continuous improvement.
