About This Future Opportunity
As we continue to scale our platform and expand our product suite, we’re interested in connecting with experienced Full-Stack Engineers who are excited to build impactful, AI-enabled products in a highly collaborative, in-person environment.

We are particularly interested in engineers based in the Bay Area who are excited to work from our San Francisco office and partner closely with Product, Design, Data, Sales, and company leadership.
What These Roles May Involve
Depending on company needs, future Full-Stack Engineering roles may include:

Building customer-facing products and features that help child care programs grow and operate more efficiently
-
Owning features end-to-end — from requirements and estimation through architecture, implementation, and deployment
-
Designing scalable, service-oriented, multi-tenant systems
-
Debugging production issues across the stack and participating in engineering support rotations
-
Collaborating with QA to ensure rapid resolution of critical issues
-
Maintaining high test coverage and writing clean, maintainable code
-
Working closely with customers to deeply understand workflows and translate them into better product experiences
-
Leveraging AI tools thoughtfully to increase development velocity and improve user experience
-
Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to engineering culture and process improvements
What We’re Generally Looking For
-
6+ years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Engineer
-
Deep knowledge of at least one modern front-end framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue)
-
Proficiency with back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js or similar; Java experience is a plus)
-
Strong SQL and database experience (Postgres preferred)
-
Experience writing high-quality, well-tested, readable code
-
Ability to break down complex features into clear, incremental deliverables
-
Strong collaboration and communication skills across product and engineering stakeholders
-
Proven ability to solve complex technical problems creatively and efficiently
-
Deep customer empathy and a strong product mindset
Preferred experience may include:

Multi-tenant, API-driven SaaS architectures
-
REST or GraphQL API design
-
Containerization, serverless architectures, and cloud platforms
-
CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
-
Early-stage or high-growth startup environments
-
Experience applying AI/LLMs to improve product experience or engineering workflows
Compensation (Future Opportunities – California)
For future Full-Stack Engineer roles based in California, the expected base salary range is approximately $180,000 – $220,000 annually.
Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, skill set, and scope of responsibility. These roles may also be eligible for equity and benefits.
