At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time; others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.​

This is a hybrid position. You’ll divide your time between working remotely from your home and an office, so you should live within commuting distance. Hybrid teams may work in-office as much as a few times a week or as little as once a month or quarter, as decided by leadership. The Fraud Lead role provides vital support to Fraud Managers by encouraging mentorship, guidance, and motivation within the Fraud Detection Analyst team. This developmental leadership position emphasizes collaboration and growth, with responsibilities focused on improving departmental efficiency, ensuring timely queue management, and delivering constructive feedback to help analysts strengthen their skills. The leader responsible for fraud plays a key role in crafting an environment where every team member feels supported, valued, and empowered to succeed!


What you'll get to do...

  • Lead and empower Fraud Detection Analysts to maintain all queues within timeframe goals
  • Review Fraud Detection Analysts handling errors to ensure adherence to department policies and offer constructive feedback vital to succeed
  • Assist Fraud Detection Analysts with questions as they handle their daily processes, including providing responses to raised tickets in a timely manner
  • Find opportunities and facilitate hands-on development of Fraud Detection Analysts
  • Supervise mandatory coaching as defined by the Department Level Corrective Action Process
  • Head training initiatives, including new hire onboarding, maintaining accurate procedures outlined in training materials and preparing new/recurring topics for team settings
  • Assist with administrative duties including, but not limited to, supervising downtime for meetings, sanctioned country handling etc.

Your experience should include 

  • 1+ years of experience in Fraud Detection
  • Multi-tasking and interpersonal skills is a requirement
  • Exceptional problem-solving ability & troubleshooting skills
  • Go getter, should be able to think independently and make tough decisions with little supervision
  • Microsoft Office & online research proficiency
