We are seeking a Finance & Strategy Senior Analyst to partner closely with Robinhood’s Crypto and International product team. The Crypto team is building the next generation of crypto products across international markets and the DeFi space. In this role, you will help establish a strong financial foundation for our crypto products, lead strategic initiatives that support product growth and expand reach, and enhance the global customer experience in crypto. You will also establish and track key metrics, support leadership decision-making, and provide insights on financial performance, risks, and opportunities. This role requires experience in financial modeling, strategic thinking, cost management, and budgeting/forecasting, along with a track record of working with partners across teams and communicating effectively with senior leadership.

This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA, Chicago, IL, and New York, NY office(s), with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

What you’ll do

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and long-range financial planning efforts to support the Crypto team’s org-level OKRs (Objectives and Key Results)
• Analyze and forecast the financial impact of Crypto marketing incentives and promotions, collaborating with Marketing partners to ensure alignment with business targets and ROI expectations
• Partner closely with the crypto accounting and operations team to ensure P&L accuracy monthly and streamline cost center management to improve the budget management process
• Synthesize and present key financial insights for senior leadership by analyzing results, identifying metrics, uncovering efficiency opportunities, and highlighting risks and opportunities
• Execute business case modeling and ad-hoc projects, building and maintaining financial models to support forecasting and inform decisions on Crypto product strategies

What you bring

• B.A. in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5+ years professional work experience in finance & strategy roles with progressively increasing levels of responsibility and including 2+ year(s) supporting business partners
• High proficiency in Excel and Google Suite products
• Excellent analytical financial modeling and forecasting skills
• Superb product and business sense, and concise communication skills
• A strong sense of urgency, speed and high standards and a strong work ethic - you always bring your best and expect your colleagues to do the same
• Experience in consumer fintech products is a plus but is not required
