- Pipeline & Revenue Impact: Drive measurable pipeline creation and acceleration within your region/segment through field programs directly attributable to your efforts.
- Sales & GTM Alignment: Build deep partnerships with sales and customer success teams to understand regional priorities and co-develop strategic programs to support them.
- Field Program Execution: Deliver best-in-class in-person and virtual experience, including executive events, trade shows, roadshows, roundtables, webinars and partner-led activations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with our campaigns team, content, digital, partner marketing, ABM, and product marketing teams to build integrated programs that connect across the funnel.
- Performance Analysis: Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of programs and optimize based on pipeline generation, influenced revenue, engagement metrics, and qualitative feedback.
- Build and manage an annual and quarterly field marketing plan aligned to sales priorities, regional targets, and business objectives.
- Plan, execute, and measure high-impact regional field events (owned, sponsored, and partner-led), including end-to-end logistics, audience targeting, promotion, lead capture, and ROI reporting.
- Work hand-in-hand with account executives and SDRs to ensure follow-up strategies are aligned, timely, and effective.
- Collaborate with the partner marketing team to execute co-marketed programs that expand reach and drive joint value.
- Track and analyze program performance using marketing attribution tools to report on ROI and inform future investments.
- Bring prospects and customers together to learn from each other, celebrate success, and showcase impact.
- Manage event and program budgets to maximize ROI while delivering memorable brand experiences.
- 4–7 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong background in field marketing, demand generation, or event marketing.
- Demonstrated success running integrated field programs that drive pipeline, accelerate deals, and influence revenue.
- Strong understanding of the B2B buying cycle, with an ability to tailor experiences and messaging for different funnel stages.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills. You thrive juggling multiple priorities and executing with attention to detail.
- Experience collaborating with enterprise sales teams and senior stakeholders, including sales leadership.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling event experiences and communications.
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo) as well as familiarity with event platforms and attribution tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
- Experience in SaaS or the MarTech ecosystem.
- Familiarity with Iterable or similar cross-channel engagement platforms.
- Experience managing field marketing in North America.
- Experience working with event platforms and tools like Asana for project tracking

The US base salary range for this position at the start of employment is $108,000 - $170,000. Within this range, individual pay is determined by specific US work location, as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and internal equity considerations.
Please note that the range listed above reflects only base salary. The total compensation package includes variable pay (where applicable), equity, plus a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and financial. In addition, we offer perks such as generous stipends for health & fitness and learning & development, among others.
