This role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule.
The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays.
Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner.

Partner directly with production partners, fabricators, and vendors to ensure design intent is executed at the highest level of craft.
-
Develop scalable design frameworks that allow field teams and global partners to execute within brand standards.
-
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in Marketing and Events to shape strategic ideas early in the creative process.
-
Support on-site execution for key events, adapting quickly to real-time constraints and environmental changes.
-
Explore and apply AI tools to accelerate concept development, iteration, and production efficiency.
About you
-
6-8 years of experience in brand, experiential, or environmental design, ideally within the technology sector or a high-growth agency.
