This role supports the execution of Roblox’s flagship events, with a primary focus on registration, attendee communications, and cross-functional coordination. Working closely with the Director of Events Marketing, this person will help ensure a seamless attendee experience from pre-registration through post-event follow-up, while supporting additional event initiatives as needed.
Role is a 6- month temporary position
You will:
- Own registration operations, including platform management, attendee tracking, and data accuracy
- Develop and execute attendee communication plans (pre-event, on-site, and post-event), ensuring timely, clear, and consistent messaging
- Partner cross-functionally to align messaging and attendee experience
- Support end-to-end event execution, including planning, on-site coordination, and post-event reporting
- Maintain and manage registration lists, segmentation, and reporting insights
- Assist with budget tracking, invoice routing, and reconciliation for event-related expenses
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth on-site operations
- Contribute to run-of-show planning, timelines, and execution documents
- Support additional event projects as needed
You Have:
- Strong experience in event registration management and attendee communications
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Resourceful, proactive, and solutions-oriented
- Flexible and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and event needs
For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual hourly rate could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Please note that not all benefits shown on this page are applicable to this temporary position.
Roles that are based in an office are onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
