EPiC Associate Consultant - Organizational Effectiveness

As an EPiC Associate Consultant, you will be a part of a fast-paced environment helping clients and internal business partners solve complex problems and delivering exceptional results. EPiC accelerates how quickly you learn, contribute, and build confidence as a consultant. Responsibilities include: 

While each day and project will be different, below is a list of some of the typical activities that our Associate Consultants perform on our various project teams: 

  • Work with clients to determine their needs and goals by conducting interviews and surveys 
  • Translate business objectives into requirements to support future-state design related to people, process, or technology ensuring client needs are captured and delivered 
  • Perform primary and secondary research tasks to provide impactful, actionable insights and recommendations 
  • Synthesize complex quantitative or qualitative data sets in a simple, intuitive format, and present findings in a clear and concise manner 
  • Support the drafting and development of organization effectiveness project deliverables  
  • Assist with critical project management tasks such as project planning and status reporting 
  • Communicate effectively with all audiences, including senior leaders, in a structured manner 
  • Build positive working relationships with clients and ensure client satisfaction 
  • Proactively cultivate and expand your professional network across clients and internal teams 
  • Support client business leaders across change management, operating model, workforce strategy and planning, HR transformation, and culture and leadership initiatives 
  • Develop deliverables and activities associated with organization effectiveness across client   

Qualifications: 

  • Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively (verbal and written)  
  • Interest in organizational effectiveness areas such as change management, or related disciplines 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment 
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity in fast-changing organizational environments and managing multiple assignments 
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn new industries, tools, and methodologies quickly 
  • Curious mindset, asks clarifying questions and checks for shared understanding 
  • Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization 
  • High level of proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite 
  • Ability to commute to various clients in the metropolitan area this role is based in 
  • Bachelor's Degree Required, degrees in Human Resources, Psychology, and Communications preferred

  • This is an onsite role based in Minneapolis, MN

Compensation:

  • The expected compensation for this role will be $65,000- $75,000 per year
