Key Responsibilities
- Program Lifecycle Management: Initiate, plan, execute, and monitor technical programs, ensuring they align with both technical and business objectives.
- Technical Strategy & Roadmap: Define high-level goals, contribute to product development, establish technical roadmaps, and articulate goals to teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, product managers, architects, delivery, and other teams to align priorities and ensure successful execution.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify, analyze, and develop mitigation strategies for potential technical risks and issues.
- Project Execution: Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines and resources, and coordinate tasks to ensure on-time delivery and quality.
- Communication: Provide regular updates on project status, issues, and risks to all stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into understandable terms for non-technical audiences.
- Problem-Solving: Diagnose and resolve technical issues that arise during development and deployment, ensuring products meet performance metrics and standards.
Must-have Skills
- Technical Knowledge: A strong understanding of technical system design, architecture, software development, AI, and associated technologies.
- Leadership & Communication: The ability to lead diverse teams, communicate effectively across different levels of the organization, and influence stakeholders.
- Strategic Thinking: The capacity to align program goals with long-term organizational strategy and to foresee potential challenges.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose issues and improve processes.
- Project Management: Proficiency in project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, and risk management.
Nice-to-have:
- AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
