Digital Demo Representative 

 About the Role 

As a Digital Demo Representative, you’ll support early-stage sales activity by delivering structured, repeatable product demos that help prospects understand key Anaplan use cases. You will be trained on a defined set of core demo experiences and work closely with Account Executives, SDRs, and Solution Consultants to support a high volume of opportunities at the top of the funnel.

This is an ideal opportunity for an early-career professional to build foundational skills in presentation, customer interaction, and SaaS technology. Success in this role comes from consistent, professional execution within defined demo flows and knowing when to escalate more complex technical or business conversations. This role offers the opportunity to build foundational skills and gain exposure to broader presales and solution consulting career paths over time. 

  Your Impact 

  • Deliver structured, repeatable remote demos for early-stage prospects using defined scripts, talk tracks, and core use cases  
  • Manage a high volume of demo sessions efficiently and professionally  
  • Support AEs and SDRs in early-stage sales activity by delivering guided demo experiences and escalating deeper qualification needs to Solution Consultants  
  • Maintain demo scripts, talk tracks, and supporting assets to help ensure consistency and scalability  
  • Support digital campaigns, webinars, and inbound interest with guided demo experiences  
  • Respond to common product questions using approved messaging and escalate more detailed or technical inquiries when needed  
  • Share feedback on demo content, common prospect questions, and delivery challenges to help improve program effectiveness  
  • Track and report on demo activity and engagement metrics to support continuous improvement 
  • Escalate deeper technical, industry-specific, or complex deal questions to Solution Consultants as needed  

 

Nice to Have 

  • Experience in digital sales, inside sales, support, or customer-facing environment  
  • Exposure to SaaS products or enterprise software  
  • Familiarity with demo tools, video platforms, or asynchronous storytelling tools  
  • Interest in developing a long-term career in presales or related customer-facing SaaS roles
