What You Will Bring to the Team 

As a Delivery Manager, you will focus on ensuring successful delivery and long-term impact for clients. You will act as a strategic bridge between Wizeline’s teams and client stakeholders, driving operational excellence, identifying risks, and creating actionable plans to achieve business outcomes. By combining leadership, technology knowledge, and business acumen, you will foster strong partnerships and enable continuous growth across your account portfolio.

Main Responsibilities

  • Understand our customers’ desired business outcomes and how Wizeline’s work impacts those business outcomes; communicate in a compelling way to the project team
  • Partner with our customers and Wizeline teams to facilitate open and effective lines of communication
  • Serve as a Leader for the project team to set direction and inspire a common goal
  • Understand best technology practices, product management and project management concepts to lead operational excellence in project teams
  • Proactively identify and reduce risks that may impede the Wizeline team’s ability to deliver exceptional results
  • Dotted line management responsibilities for all individuals on project teams in your account portfolio
  • Manage customer relationships, particularly with executives and key decision-makers
  • Support our solutions architecture and program architect teams to develop and review SOWs, particularly in renewals or expansions for your account portfolio
  • Create learning organizations across your project teams; encourage teams to learn from mistakes and identify opportunities for improvements
  • Manage margin targets across your account portfolio
  • Partner with Account Executives to grow account relationships over time

Requirements

  • Exceptional communicator.
  • Fluent English speaker.
  • Experience working with and leading dispersed cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in Healthcare or BFS
  • Knowledge of software development processes in an agile environment.
  • Experience in software development and product management.
  • Have a broad knowledge of project and program management methodologies.
  • Understand the wider objectives of the customer, such as business and strategic goals.
  • Ability to work with a wide range of individuals and personalities.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills with appropriate experience.
  • Knowledge of budgeting, project financial management, and resource allocation procedures.
