Summary
The Deal Management Financial Contracts Analyst will audit existing deals by reading the financial terms in the contracts and comparing them against the entries in our financial system. This role is crucial for ensuring that all agreements align with the company's financial reporting.
This is a role contract and goes until the end of September 2026.
Key Responsibilities
Contract Review Analysis:
Analyze the financial terms in contracts and compare against our financial system for accuracy
Identify discrepancies and document
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
Experience: 5 or more years of progressive experience in contract review and administration, preferably within finance.
Skills:
Expertise in analyzing and interpreting complex contract language, especially financial and commercial terms.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Working knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance standards.
Experience in financial modeling and basic accounting principles related to contracts (e.g., revenue recognition).
Rightsline and Alliant knowledge preferred.
