b. Regularization and variable selection (Lasso, Ridge, Elastic Net).
c. Time series: ARIMA, SARIMA, Prophet, Bayesian Structural Time Series.
d. Tree models and ensemble methods: XGBoost, LightGBM, Random Forests.
4. Design, validate, and scale demand models.
5. Participate in the architecture, automation, and deployment of models in production.
6. Implement and evaluate causal inference methods, such as Difference-in-Differences (DID) and Propensity Score Matching.
7. Design and analyze controlled and quasi-experimental experiments.
