What you’ll do
To further this important mission, we are looking for a driven and collaborative Tech Recruiter to grow and scale our global Data organization. You can expect high impact and wide-ranging responsibility: owning full-cycle recruiting on niche data searches, contributing to our geo strategy with talent market insights, and delivering best-in-class candidate experience. This person must be a builder who thrives in a learning environment—unafraid to try new things, embrace new ideas, navigate ambiguity, and welcome suggestions for how we can iterate on our processes.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leaders across the Data organization to understand hiring objectives and develop recruiting strategies to identify top talent across data science and data analyst profiles.
- Help initiate creative and scalable changes to our existing recruiting processes
- Track and analyze metrics and report on hiring progress to Data leadership on a regular cadence
- Focus on creating strategic plans to attract and engage talent across different geos
- Work closely with cross-functional teams like Finance, People Ops, Benefits, Onboarding and Legal to deliver a high-quality and holistic candidate experience
Minimum requirements:
- 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, including in house experience
- Experience building high performing teams and delivering an exceptional candidate experience
- A growth mindset and truly flexible. You can shift tasks and priorities when circumstances change (at a fast-growing startup, they often do)
- An active and data driven approach to problem solving; you enjoy making sense of the trends and using the insights to better your process to make it more efficient
- Proven abilities to attract passive senior candidates and build a diverse pipelines across different hiring locations
- Strong operational rigor with the ability to stay organized amidst change
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness
