Why This Role Matters
You'll be central to Pantheon's transformation into a data-driven organization. The foundation you build will serve as our strategic navigation apparatus, helping us move from instinct-based to confidence-based decision making.
This role offers the opportunity to shape both data capabilities and organizational culture, building systems that help every team understand their impact and make evidence-based decisions.
What We're Looking For
We need a strong technical leader who understands that sustainable data capabilities are built on solid fundamentals. You should be comfortable with "crawling and walking" before "running" and excited about the opportunity to grow into people management while leading technical execution.
The ideal candidate has worked across the data stack in a company similar to our size and complexity, balances technical depth with business understanding, and thrives where clear communication and stakeholder service are as important as technical execution. If you're ready to step into a leadership role while building something foundational from the ground up, this could be the perfect opportunity.
