The role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Crypto Core Operations Analyst to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely settlement of crypto asset transactions, custody management, and the reconciliation of related activities. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, cross-firm collaboration, and an interest in digital assets.

What you’ll do: 

  • Process and settle crypto asset trades and Member transfers accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with asset liquidity to support day-to day business operations.
  • Perform daily and monthly reconciliations of crypto asset holdings and transactions across various platforms and liquidity providers.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner, collaborating with internal teams (payments, finance, compliance) and external counterparties as needed.
  • Monitor, and maintain accurate records of, all crypto related settlement and reconciliation activities.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy for Core Operations of Crypto.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal policies and procedures.

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years experience
  • Experience or interest in cryptocurrencies and digital assets.
  • Proficiency in reconciliation practices and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Google Suite.

 Nice to have:

  • Experience with various crypto exchanges and custodians.
  • Proven experience in back office operations, settlements, or reconciliation.
Compensation and Benefits
The base pay range for this role is listed below. Final base pay offer will be determined based on individual factors such as the candidate’s experience, skills, and location.
