About The Role
The Corporate & Strategic Events Specialist will support the creation and execution of impactful brand experiences for both internal and external audiences. In this role, you will partner with stakeholders across the organization to bring event strategies and roadmaps to life across a diverse range of programs. These include Company Kickoffs, Bi-weekly Company All Hands, Presidents Club, Customer Advisory Boards, Executive Briefing Center meetings, premium customer experiences, and participation in top-tier industry conferences. This position reports directly to the Director, Corporate & Strategic Events.
As we enter our next phase of growth, this role will play a critical part in elevating the scale, sophistication, and measurable impact of our event strategy. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Executive Leadership to translate business objectives into thoughtful, well-executed experiences that people remember; for the right reasons.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves both the strategy and the spreadsheets. If you are detail- oriented, collaborative, and get a small adrenaline rush from a perfectly run event, we should talk.
As a Corporate & Strategic Events Specialist, you will:
- Own the end-to-end of corporate and strategic events, from pre-event planning to post-event follow-up, ensuring seamless execution.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Product leaders to align event programming with brand positioning, executive priorities, and pipeline goals.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and vendor relationships to ensure flawless execution and fiscal accountability.
- Lead event operations and on-site execution to ensure high-quality brand representation and attendee experience.
- Manage contracts and vendor payments in close partnership with Procurement, ensuring accurate processing, compliance, and budget alignment.
- Track and analyze performance metrics (pipeline influence, attendance, engagement, ROI) and deliver insights to inform future strategy.
- Thrives in a dynamic travel schedule. This role includes travel to support major events, with peak periods requiring extended time on-site and lighter months focused on planning and strategy.
You'll be a great addition to the team if you have:
- You think beyond logistics and understand that events are a strategic growth lever, not just a calendar item.
- You communicate with clarity and confidence, whether you’re briefing an executive, negotiating with a vendor, or aligning cross-functional stakeholders.
- You are highly organized and detail-oriented, but you don’t lose sight of the bigger picture. We value both precision and perspective.
- You’re calm under pressure. When something inevitably shifts onsite, you adjust quickly and keep things moving.
- You bring a proactive mindset. You anticipate challenges, identify gaps, and raise solutions before anyone else notices a problem.
- Experience working with tools like SFDC, Zip, and event management platforms (e.g., Splash, Cvent, Bizzabo) to track performance, manage budgets, process contracts and streamline execution.
At a minimum, you need to have:
- 3+ years of experience managing corporate, B2B, or large-scale strategic events, ideally within a high-growth technology environment.
- Demonstrated experience owning event budgets and timelines, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality programs on schedule.
- Proven ability to collaborate across multiple internal teams and manage senior-level stakeholders.
- Experience measuring event impact and translating data into actionable insights.
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed and support occasional evening or weekend events.
