The Corporate Security team’s mission is to secure Robinhood’s endpoints, corporate networks, and business systems—enabling productivity while protecting against threats. We partner deeply with our enterprise apps, infrastructure, networking, identity, and trust teams to embed security into all aspects of corporate operations.
As a Corporate Security Manager, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for the design, development, and governance of corporate security policies, internal systems controls, and protective technologies. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering and business partners to operationalize secure access, design resilient systems, and safeguard AI agents and corporate data. This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA office, with in-person attendance expected at least 4 days per week.

What you’ll do

Lead the design and implementation of scalable corporate infrastructure and endpoint security systems using modern tools and frameworks

Secure the use of AI technologies and non-human agents across internal corporate environments, ensuring governance and transparency

Develop policies and tools to implement secure access controls, device posture checks, and Zero-Trust identity systems

Deploy and oversee DLP (Data Loss Prevention) protections across SaaS applications like Google Workspace, Salesforce, Jira, and more

Conduct risk assessments across enterprise platforms, driving control validation, and secure design reviews

Define security protocols to support M&A integration and enterprise system migrations
What you bring

10+ years of experience in security engineering and infrastructure protection, with hands-on leadership across blue team operations

Deep understanding of identity and access management, endpoint configuration tooling, and cloud/SaaS security

Strong experience with incident response and post-incident remediation

Comfort working with and building governance around AI tools and agentic workflows in corporate environments

Proven ability to write clear, effective security policies and conduct technical risk reviews

In addition to the base pay range listed below, this role is also eligible for bonus opportunities + equity + benefits.
Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
