The Role You’ll Play
ClassPass is seeking a versatile and imaginative copywriter to bring our brand voice to life across every touchpoint. You’ll transform ideas into scroll-stopping copy, distill complex concepts into crisp messaging, and inspire action through language—whether you're crafting a punchy email subject line, a compelling paid ad, or a fully integrated campaign.
As part of our Creative and Marketing teams, you'll write for a variety of audiences and platforms. From members to partners to prospects, your words will shape how people experience wellness, fitness, and everything in between.
- Write high-performing, consumer-facing copy across channels, including web, app, paid media, CRM, social, and more
- Concept and script creative for digital campaigns, product launches, and promotional moments
- Adapt messaging for different tones, audiences, and platforms—including B2B, B2C, and corporate communications
- Collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and other creatives to build thoughtful, high-impact work
- Evolve and uphold the ClassPass brand voice through taxonomy, copy guidelines, and cross-team consultation
- Support testing strategies with A/B variations and data-informed iterations to improve engagement
- Contribute ideas in brainstorms and help bring concepts to life from sketch to final asset
- Keep brand integrity and user needs top of mind while flexing your creative thinking
Experience You Bring
- 2–5 years writing for lifestyle brands or creative agencies, with a strong portfolio of cross-channel work
- Proven ability to drive results through copy—whether it's clicks, conversions, or brand affinity
- Deep understanding of tone, storytelling, and positioning, especially in the wellness or consumer tech space
- Experience writing for paid social and performance marketing, with an eye on clarity and impact
- Strong editing, grammar, and proofreading skills with obsessive attention to detail
- Comfortable juggling priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Proactive, creative thinker who thrives on feedback and iteration
- Passion for movement, wellness, or lifestyle content is a plus
