Job Summary
We’re looking for a motivated and analytical Conversational Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic digital marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our website's AI assistant to enhance user engagement and drive conversions. You will also be in charge of creating and presenting performance reports to key stakeholders, providing actionable insights to guide our conversational marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities
AI Assistant Management
- Train, maintain, and improve our website's AI assistant to ensure a personalized and effective user experience.
- Develop and maintain a content governance strategy for the AI assistant, ensuring all information is accurate, up to date, and on brand.
- Collaborate with design and development teams to manage the look and feel of the AI assistant, ensuring it aligns with our brand identity.
Performance Reporting
- Create and distribute regular performance reports on our conversational marketing efforts for internal stakeholders.
- Analyze key metrics to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for optimization.
- Translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations to improve performance.
Strategy & Optimization
- Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of the AI assistant and other conversational marketing channels.
- Propose and implement A/B tests and other experiments to optimize for key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, lead generation, and customer satisfaction.
What You Will Bring
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on analytics or content management.
- Proven experience in creating and presenting performance reports to stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
- Direct experience managing and training AI-powered chatbots or virtual assistants is a bonus.
- Experience with A/B testing and other optimization techniques is a bonus.

Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
