About the role
As a (Contract) Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator, you will be focused on supporting and elevating CRM/Lifecycle marketing campaigns that market all lines of business for us: Manga, Theatrical, and Games. This is a 3 month contract.
- You will develop and collaborate on global lifecycle marketing campaigns to improve user engagement, upsells, retention, and re-engagement.
- You will identify Lifecycle areas of opportunity and implement programs to increase conversions and retention optimization.
- You will work directly with other departments and external agencies to deliver global Marketing campaigns
- You will manage end-to-end processes for integrated campaigns across email, push notifications, in-app messages, and in-product - including identifying campaign opportunities, developing strategy and messaging, overseeing asset creation.
In the role of (Contract) Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator, you will report to the Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing Manager .

About You
We get excited about candidates, like you, because...
- 2+ years of CRM/Lifecycle Marketing experience
- Experience in retention marketing, or in a digital marketing/analytics function that uses email, push notifications, and in-app messages, or other owned channels.
- Experience working with multiple Marketing departments to manage multiple marketing campaigns across different countries and time zones.
- Experience working with complex localized marketing projects, coordinating logistics with many different international partners
- Experience using marketing automation tools or email marketing platforms like Braze EMS to manage the build of personalized automated customer journeys
- Experience with project management tools like Airtable to manage marketing schedules across several channels.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or similar.

The Lifecycle Marketing (CRM) team meets important goals across growth, engagement, and retention touching several departments: SVOD, Manga, Theatrical, Games, and ECommerce. We have grown the successful Crunchyroll service to over 17 million paying subscribers globally. We connect with users by tapping into multiple omni-channels messages.
