- Collaborate with IT People Systems to ensure Workday compensation data, configuration, and reports are accurate, scalable, and efficient
- Lead technology reviews and system enhancements for the compensation team to ensure tools, processes, and compensation programs scale effectively with the business, including managing change and driving smooth implementation
What we look for:

- Strong compensation and analytical background that shows proven success as a thoughtful partner with attention to detail
- Strong competency in understanding, interpreting, and communicating procedures, policies, and information clearly through excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Advanced data analysis and problem-solving skills (i.e. spreadsheets, databases) and an ability to use data to support informed decision-making
- Experience with Workday as a system of record for compensation
- Proficient in project management methodologies and techniques
- Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where foundational frameworks are still being developed and priorities can shift quickly

- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with others on the team
- Strong sense of urgency with the ability to handle multiple competing priorities
