About the Role:

We are looking for a Compensation and Benefits Analyst to support the execution of compensation programs through reporting, data integrity, and administrative processes. This role will primarily focus on compensation, including salary benchmarking, data preparation, and support for equity and variable pay programs. It will also include exposure to benefits-related coordination, reporting and analysis. 

This role works closely with the Compensation Program Manager and the Senior Manager of Total Rewards. It is ideal for someone with foundational compensation knowledge who is highly detail-oriented, systems-savvy, and eager to grow in a structured, compliance-driven environment. 

What You’ll Do 

Compensation Cycle Support:

  • Prepare and validate data for midyear and year-end compensation review cycles. 
  • Execute EIB uploads and maintain clean records in Workday and supporting systems.
  • Assist with eligibility audited. Cycle file builds, and post-cycle reporting. 
  • Ensure documentation and audit logs are maintained accurately.

Benchmarking & Data Management:

  • Support annual compensation survey submissions by matching roles and inputting relevant data.
  • Pull and organize internal compensation data to support market pricing and internal equity analysis.
  • Maintain up-to-date job and pay structure files in collaboration with the Program Manager. 

Reporting & Systems Support:

  • Run reports in Workday and Excel to support compensation and compliance efforts. 
  • Partner with HRIS and HR Operations to ensure data accuracy across systems. 
  • Support documentation of compensation processes, including version tracking and retention.

Benefits:

  • Assists with benefits program administration, including enrollments, terminations, and changes.
  • Supports benefits compliance, including ACA, FMLA, COBRA, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Assists in reviewing benefits utilization trends and identifying opportunities for program enhancements.
  • Supports benefits communication efforts, including open enrollment, employee education, and wellness initiatives.

What We Look For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 1 to 3 of experience in Compensation, Benefits, or HR administration.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
  • Proficient in HRIS, compensation tools, and microsoft excel.
  • Knowledge of compensation laws and benefits regulations (FLSA, ACA, FMLA, COBRA).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex HR topics clearly.
