About the role

The Commercial Enablement Manager serves as the team enablement specialist for Eversight's Retail business. In this role, you will drive efficiency and quality across the entire customer journey from prospect to successful client. You will lead key initiatives that optimize commercial processes, contribute to comprehensive reporting systems, and help ensure seamless execution across all customer touchpoints. You help the team do their best work.

About the job

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Sales, CS, Legal, Product, and Product Operations.
  • Lead commercial projects end-to-end that enhance our sales process and customer engagement.
  • Partner with Product and Marketing teams to develop, manage, and continuously evolve high-impact sales materials that effectively communicate our value proposition.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive enablement programs that ensure commercial team fluency in product capabilities and competitive positioning.
  • Evaluate and enhance sales performance tracking systems to deliver actionable pipeline insights and forecasting accuracy.
  • Develop and refine customer health scoring models that drive proactive retention strategies and revenue optimization.
  • Drive data governance initiatives to maintain reporting accuracy and enable reliable business intelligence across all systems.
  • Develop and maintain standardized playbooks that streamline processes and ensure consistent execution across teams.
  • Drive strategic initiatives that maximize customer retention rates and identify expansion opportunities within the existing client base.

About You

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in Commercial/Sales/CS enablement or operations
  • Demonstrated experience leading projects end-to-end with measurable outcomes
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Experience building and optimizing processes that enhance team effectiveness
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot), CSPs (Planhat, Gainsight), and Google Workspace

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the Grocery Retail and CPG industries
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, automate routine tasks, and improve work quality
  • Experience building solutions with low-code/no-code workflow and automation tools to streamline operations and eliminate manual processes
