Job Summary: 

The responsibility of the Client Strategy Lead is to work closely with the VP, Creative & Client Strategy to run client workshops (Linqia Lookouts), oversee the creation of trendspotting, competitive/content audits, and other strategy deliverables for clients and prospective clients, and become a trusted strategic advisor on our biggest accounts.

What You’ll Do

  • Linqia Lookouts:
    • Schedule, design, prepare for, and lead in-person or virtual client strategy workshops in the tristate area or elsewhere in the US
    • Give feedback to cross-functional partners (e.g. creative strategists, strategic accounts managers, media and measurement strategists, talent partners) on their deck inputs
    • Deliver the final deck, in partnership with the presentation designer
    • Collect client and internal feedback on Linqia Lookout sessions
  • Trendspotting:
    • Identify relevant social media trends for Linqia clients and prospective clients, by leveraging social listening tools 
    • Author and edit trend alert reports
  • Competitive/Content Audits:
    • Oversee the creation of deep dives into client, prospective client, or competitor content, inclusive of organic social, paid social, and creator partnerships
    • Identify white spaces for content creation and influencer activations

Ideal Qualifications

  • 7-10 years experience in strategy or planning at a creative, digital, or influencer agency
  • 3+ years experience running or playing a leading role in in-person and virtual client strategy workshops, including designing and facilitating interactive exercises
  • Experience working in the influencer/creator/social media space with strong interest in the industry
  • Competent using Canva, Keynote, and Google Office applications

Creative Strategy Team

The Client Strategy Lead is a new role on the Creative Strategy team. The Creative Strategy team’s responsibility is to deliver world-class influencer marketing creative strategy, solutions, and content for Linqia’s clients.
