About the Role -We’re seeking a dynamic and resourceful operational leader who thrives on turning ideas into action. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and running key processes that drive our success, balancing strategic vision with tactical execution. This is a hands-on, single-player role, so versatility and a “no task is too small” mindset are essential. As the backbone of our most ambitious consumer campaigns, you’ll work closely with the marketing leadership team to navigate challenges, define strategies, and ensure critical milestones are met with precision. You’re adaptable, pragmatic, solution-driven, and unafraid to dive into both the big picture and the finer details with equal enthusiasm.
About the Team - You will be a critical part of the Consumer Marketing team at Instacart, reporting to the Director of Product Marketing. The Consumer Marketing team is responsible for building a beloved brand, introducing new product features & delivering short & long term business growth.
About the Job
You’ll serve as the executional backbone for the most complex 1-3 consumer campaigns. Across these campaigns you will lead:
- Campaign Management Support: Partner with the marketing leadership team to oversee the execution of complex consumer and shopper marketing campaigns, ensuring all deliverables are on track and aligned with key objectives.
- Milestone Tracking: Establish and maintain a clear roadmap of critical milestones, proactively identifying risks and removing roadblocks to ensure timely project completion.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between departments, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on campaign goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Adaptable Problem-Solving: Tackle challenges with a pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset, stepping in where needed to resolve both strategic and operational issues.
- Day-to-Day Operations: Roll up your sleeves to execute operational tasks, from managing project logistics to refining existing workflows, with a focus on driving results.
- Continuous Improvement: Streamline and optimize processes to ensure scalability and efficiency as the team and campaigns evolve.
This is a contract role available November 2025-May, 2026 @ 40 hours per week.
About You
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years managing marketing operations
- Expertise in Google Suite
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Monday.com
