Campaign Manager
at Tanium
CA (Hybrid), Emeryville, United States
The Basics:
We’re seeking an experienced, self-driven Campaign Manager to lead the strategy and execution of Tanium’s global solution campaigns. You’ll collaborate with key stakeholders and partners, including Product, Field, Partner, Corporate Communications, Analyst Relations, Public Sector, Digital and Web, Marketing Operations teams, and external agencies to shape campaign strategy and deliver high-impact assets. The ideal candidate is highly organized, skilled at managing multiple programs simultaneously, and has a proven track record of delivering integrated lead-generation campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline.
This position reports to the Director of Global Demand Generation & Campaigns and is a critical member of the team. This position follows the Company’s hybrid schedule which currently requires employees to work in the office at one of the following locations a minimum of three days per week: Addison, TX; Bellevue, WA; Durham, NC; Emeryville, CA; or Reston, VA.
What you’ll do:
- Lead Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and optimize integrated multi-channel campaigns focused on key Tanium solutions to generate leads and pipeline globally.
- Collaborate Across Stakeholders: Partner with a dynamic ecosystem of teams to define, develop, and implement campaigns targeting core personas such as IT and Security Operations.
- Architect Buyer-Centric Programs: Use the customer buyer’s journey to design innovative, multi-touch engagement programs that nurture prospects through every stage.
- Orchestrate Creative & Content Development: Coordinate campaign assets and content creation across internal contributors and external vendors to ensure global and regional alignment.
- Analyze & Optimize Performance: Leverage reports and dashboards to measure effectiveness, provide visibility, and inform strategic decisions for ongoing optimization.
- Communicate with Clarity: Deliver clear, consistent updates on strategy, tactics, goals, and performance, including alignment with partner marketing sales plays.

- BA or BS in marketing or related field
- Experience
- 3-5 years in marketing campaigns, digital marketing, or integrated marketing
- Proven track record of delivering end-to-end integrated campaigns and developing high-ROI demand generation programs.
- Experience working with international teams and collaborating across regions.
- B2B experience strongly preferred; experience in cybersecurity, cloud/SaaS, or IT environments is a plus.
