Strategic Partnership
- Develop multi-year adoption and data strategies for key enterprise accounts.
- Collaborate with customer technical and business teams to align platform capabilities with organizational goals.
- Lead workshops and planning sessions focused on measurable outcomes and platform maturity.
- Partner with Product Management to share customer feedback and prioritize enhancements that improve data accessibility and system integration.
- Contribute to internal discussions on platform scalability, reporting capabilities, and integration consistency.
- Design architectures that seamlessly integrate Five9 with CRMs, Partner Applications, and enterprise data systems
- Advise on API integrations, performance optimization, and data flow design to ensure reliability and scalability.
- Ensure customer solutions align with Five9 best practices and overall roadmap direction.
- Document and share data integration patterns and adoption frameworks with customers and internal teams.
- Contribute to deployment guides and solution playbooks focused on data consistency, reporting, and automation.
- Mentor peers and cross-functional teams on integration design, governance, and data-driven decision-making.
Experience
- 12+ years in contact center technology, enterprise architecture, or technical consulting.
- Direct experience implementing or configuring Five9 in large-scale environments.
- Proven success in driving adoption, integration, and value realization in enterprise contexts.
- Strong background in APIs, system integration, and data workflows.
- Strong communicator with the ability to connect technical detail to business objectives.
- Comfortable presenting to both executive and technical audiences.
- Solid understanding of CRMs, WFO, IVRs, IVAs, IP Telephony, and enterprise data systems.
- Experience with data governance, reporting frameworks, and performance monitoring.
- Familiarity with analytics frameworks for data validation, reporting, and process automation.
- Travel as needed based on customer engagements
Work Location: This role is fully remote for candidates who reside outside the 50 mile radius of our San Ramon office. For candidates who reside within 50 miles of our San Ramon location, this role is Hybrid and would require 3 days a week (M, W, TH) in our San Ramon office.

Additionally, the total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, stock, and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
