  • You have led or executed large-scale, highly personalized CRM programs at scale, with experience in automation and complex workflows.
  • You are a self-starter who takes ownership, moves to execution quickly, and thrives in an independent, high-ownership role. You have experience leveraging Push and SMS across all CRM tactics.
  • You are adept at building strong cross-functional relationships, partnering effectively with stakeholders across Creative, Product, Engineering, and Customer Service.
  • You are highly data-driven, with the ability to analyze complex programs and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • You understand consumer mindset and have a customer-focused approach, using intuition and empathy to guide decisions. You are comfortable being scrappy and taking initiative in fast-paced, high volume environments.
