As an EMEA Agency Development Lead at Reddit, you will play a key role in expanding Reddit's business across the region (UK market - core focus) by partnering with major holding companies and agencies. You'll be responsible for driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction through strategic partnerships, education programs, executive engagement, and next-generation business solutions.

This role requires someone who can build strategic relationships, think commercially, and work closely with global agency leads, regional sales leaders, and cross-functional partners to accelerate growth across the EMEA market.

What You’ll Do:

Serve as a liaison between agencies/ holding companies and Reddit to develop strategic programs and partnerships.
Create and execute quarterly and annual holding company go-to-market strategies aligned with broader sales and corporate objectives.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful execution of regional/ local strategies.
Develop and contribute to regional tentpole events in partnership with Business Marketing.
Act as a senior industry thought leader and ambassador for Reddit.
Negotiate and execute partnership agreements with key agencies/ holding companies
Lead educational programs and training sessions (in partnership with Partner Success team) focused on best practices for Reddit
Partner with agencies to strengthen creative strategy and campaign execution for client success.
Provide advertiser insights and market feedback to Product Marketing and Product teams.
Work closely with Sales on account planning initiatives to drive both net-new business and growth within existing advertisers.

Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in brand advertising, partnership sales, or agency relationship management.
Deep familiarity with agencies/ holding companies and strong relationships across the UK/ EMEA agency landscape.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior agency decision-makers, including C-suite stakeholders.
Entrepreneurial and proactive approach to navigating product, process, and client challenges.
Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
