Account Lead

About the Role: We are seeking a strategic Account Lead to join our Account Management team in São Paulo. This pivotal role involves building deep client relationships, navigating complex global accounts, and ensuring seamless integration of multidisciplinary efforts. The successful candidate will orchestrate holistic strategies, ensure flawless execution, translate client vision into actionable plans, drive innovation, and exceed expectations across diverse markets and cultural contexts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate strong partnerships, act as a strategic advisor and primary contact for integrated initiatives, and understand client business objectives to identify growth opportunities.
• Drive strategic direction for global and multicultural accounts, ensuring campaign consistency and effectiveness across various regions and cultures.
• Lead the integration of multidisciplinary teams (Strategy, Creative, Production, etc.) and external vendors to deliver high-quality, on-point solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities, manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and ensure account profitability.
• Proactively identify challenges, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues diplomatically.
• Develop the account team, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Actively participate in strategic brand planning and analyze campaign performance.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Fluent English (mandatory), both written and spoken.
• Proven and extensive experience in Account Management within a leading digital agency, specifically managing complex multicultural and global client accounts.
• Strong strategic vision and ability to translate business objectives into creative, integrated solutions.
• Effective leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of the digital ecosystem and social media.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, integrate multidisciplinary teams, and manage complex projects.
• Proactive in problem-solving and risk management.
